Its simple and easy all you need is a small amount of already made curd perhaps 2 table spoons would be enough and some milk, it depends on you of how much of milk you want to convert into curd. First boil the milk and then left it for cooling till becomes a little less warm & then add tablespoons of that already made curd to it, the thing to be noted here is you shouldn't have to left milk for cooling for a longer time, it should be warm at the time of adding of yogurt to it. After doing all this you to cover it with some cloth so, that it will be warm for next 4 hours and you can eat it after 6 to 8 hrs.
