Tips for getting up early in the morning


1. Find a reason for getting up early: Have a good reason to motivate you to get up early in the morning.

2. Go to bed at an earlier time: If you want to get up earlier than usual it makes sense to make up those hours of sleep by getting an early night.

3. Place alarm clock away from you: This small trick can really be helpful. If we have to physically get out of the bed to turn off our alarm clock, the action of getting up will often make it difficult for us to go back to sleep.

4. Monitor hours of sleep you need: Calculate hours of sleep you are taking everyday, for an average person a duration of 6 hours is enough to regain all of his energy.

5. Play your most disliked music: Its a controversial statement, but what i feel is you should put your most hated song as your alarm tone by doing so it will compel you to wake up and stop that song.

6. Start gradually: Sometimes it's not easy to abruptly change your sleeping habits in that case try changing your sleeping habits slowly-slowly. For every new day try to wake up earlier than yesterday.

7. Do meditation on regular basis: With numerous other benefits, doing meditation can really help you to wake up early in the morning all you need to do is practice meditation on daily basis in morning for least 15 to 20 minutes.

8. Keep curtains halfway open: It has two benefits, first it will keep fresh air circulating in your room & next it will let early rays of sun to enter directly in your room which will help you to wake up early in the morning.

9. Find reasons which are obstructing you from getting up: Search out things which are obstructing you from getting up earlier and once you have got them try to fix them.

10. Use Visual Motivator: For a visual motivator to wake up early in the morning. Place a big Red X on a wall calendar for every time you get up by your goal time.
