Rainy season is pleasant but it comes along with lots of flues and viruses. Many of us fall sick during the rainy season mostly due to sudden weather change, which causes changes in your body temperature.
- Use Honey and pepper: take a table spoon of honey with little amount of pepper in it. Take this mixture time to time perhaps 5 to 6 times a day.
- Drink turmeric milk: boil a glass of milk and add a pinch of turmeric powder to it and drink this milk everyday before going to bed.
- Drink ginger tea: a cup of ginger tea could be relieving when you have a sore throat.
- Stay warm & rested: staying warm and rested when you have symptoms of flu, helps you to direct your body's energy towards the immune battle.
- Raw ginger: Take a slice of raw ginger and put it in your mouth while sleeping and keep it in your mouth till morning, I know it sounds a bit absurd but I have personally tried this remedy on me and truly speaking it works remarkably.
- Clove: Clove is great for treating sore throat because of its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacteria properties. You can take this too with honey like pepper or you can make a tea out of it.
