Harmful effects of eating blackened or burnt food

We all people eat food items that could be sometimes blackened or burnt without knowing what adverse effects it can make on our body.
Now it has been evident from scientific researches that a food item losts all of its nutrients when it is burnt or blackened but along with all this when a food item is burnt it also produces harmful chemicals in it which could be highly dangerous for a person who is consuming all this over cooked stuff as in a long run it could be even responsible for some or kind of cancer to the person eating this stuff.
When we eat all these burnt food item it increases toxicity of our blood which in turn is responsible for many kind of diseases.
