And now, if you are eating raw garlic try to eat it in morning time while you can take cooked garlic any time.

Amla : Another remedy for knee pain is Amla. Amla or amla powder should be taken at regular basis. If you are eating fresh amla, eat it in the morning & if its Amla powder take this during night before sleeping. Along with joint pains it will help you in various other elements like whitening of hairs, helps in deficiency of vitamin C.

Methi dana: These bitter seeds of methi can help you to cure various elements along with diabetes to joint pains. For this also there could be two ways of eating it, either you will it eat it raw or you will eat cooked methi dana both ways are good, but if methi dana is taken in raw form it could be more helpful. what you need to do is just soak 2 table spoons of methi dana in water overnight and then eat them in morning time. Or you can make powder of methi dana and then eat it during morning & evening time before taking food.

 Ajwain: You can use ajwain in same way as methi. soak 2 table spoons of ajwain in water overnight and then eat them in morning time. Or you can make powder of ajwain and then eat it during morning & evening time before taking food.

Massage Oil: You can make massage oil for your knee pain at your home. What you need is some mustard oil & some ajwain, boil ajwain in mustard oil till it becomes black & then filter out the remnants of  ajwain & use this oil for massage your knee daily.

All you need is a glass of milk, perhaps cow's milk would be the best. Boil this milk and add a tea spoon of turmeric to it, add sugar to it as per taste and keep it boiling for next 2 to 3 minutes, cool it down and drink it everyday at night before sleeping.
