Benefits of taking regular bath


1. Feel refreshed: Bathing early in the morning relieves you from laziness of sleep and makes you feel refreshed.

2. Improves blood Circulation: Bathing increases blood circulation. Increased blood circulation improves all bodily systems by increasing amount of oxygen in red blood cells.

3. Better skin:Bathing with cold or luke warm water moisturizes the skin, and makes it look healthy.

4. Relief from body odour: Bathing cleans our body & our body sweat, hence relieves us from body odour.

5. Stress buster: Your body will relax and your mind has a chance to wander, leaving the stress of the day behind.

  • Benefits of taking steam bath: The steam opens up the pores and increases the metabolism, elevates the heart rate, and the body starts to sweat. This can result in health benefits, especially when a steam room is used frequently.
  • Benefits of taking ice bath:  the exposure to cold helps in to combat the microtrauma (small tears) in the muscle fibers and resultant soreness caused by intense or repetitive exercise.
